Where do you ship?

Currently, I only ship domestically within the United States.

If demand increases in a particular region, this may change! Please inquire if you are interested and I’ll see what I can do.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once it has shipped, it will take anywhere from 2-7 days for your order to arrive depending on your chosen shipping option and efficiency of your local postal office (holiday orders may take longer). Sometimes there are delays within the postal service. If your order still hasn’t arrived more than 3 weeks after shipping, please reach out to me at acguinaart@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

All items are final sale and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be mindful when ordering :-) That said, if your order arrives damaged, please let me know ASAP!

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale is available at discounted rates with minimum order quantities. Please inquire via email at acguinaart@gmail.com and tell me about your shop, and I will send over my wholesale catalogue!

Do you take commissions?

I accept both illustration (human and/or animal portraits) and custom stamp commissions on a case by case basis. Cost varies by design, size, and amount of detail. Please contact me via email at acguinaart@gmail.com with your idea!
