frequently asked questions
shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship within the United States AND internationally to Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore (more countries to come).
Orders within the U.S. should arrive 1-2 weeks after shipping, international orders should arrive 3-8 weeks after shipping, depending on the country.
PROCESSING TIME: Please allow around 1 week for your order to be processed and mailed out. I am just one gal with two jobs, so it may take me some time. I'll do my best to get your orders out ASAP!
TRACKING: All international orders are tracked. For domestic shipping within the US, orders with free untracked shipping run the risk of getting lost in the mail. Upgrade to USPS Ground at checkout for tracking.
Do I have to pay customs?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
All items are final sale and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be mindful when ordering! That said, if your order arrives damaged or with the incorrect items, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
wholesale, commissions, classes
Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale is available at discounted rates with minimum order quantities. Both my hand-carved prints (mini prints only), stickers, and bookmarks are available. Please complete my inquiry form here and I will follow up in 1-2 business days with my wholesale catalogue!
Do you take commissions?
I accept a limited number of illustration and custom block/stamp commissions per year. My strengths are portraits and plants/florals. I generally do not do logos.
I charge by the hour, at $100/hour for illustrations and $150/hour for custom stamps/blocks (+$100/hour for printing). Turn around time is anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the time of year and nature of the project. Reach out with your idea!
Do you teach classes?
I teach a monthly introduction to block printing workshop at Studio Piano Nobile at Phinney Center in Seattle. See dates, details, and sign up here.
I am also available for hire and will bring all necessary supplies (carving tools, ink, paper, etc.) You provide the space + tables and chairs. I charge per head. Reach out for more information via my contact form, or send me a direct email at acguinaart@gmail.com.
